12:30 Welcome aboard. Checking in and setting sails through the mysterious bay whilst an exquisite lunch is served in a nice relaxing ambience, either in the single-sitting restaurant or outdoor lounge of the junk.
Our cruise will be sailing amongst picturesque rock formations boasting views of the UNESCO World Heritage unique seascape of Halong Bay, offering a chance to admire a collection of sculpted islets with amazing shapes resembling Lions, Tea Pots, Toads, Swans and Human Heads.
Later on, disembarking to walk up the stalagmite cave of Sung Sot on the Limestone Mountain. Traditional afternoon tea is served by our white glove-waiters during sunset cruise in the tranquil Bai Tu Long Bay.
Dropping anchor at a peaceful cove for a swim in jaded-colored water with a towering islets background or walk up the seldom visited Grotto of Hang Trinh for a panoramic view of the bay where you will be able to spot Santa Maria's brown sails.
There will be time to savor a famous cocktail aboard before the first of several beautiful bay sunsets. Dressing up for a fabulous dinner then sinking into one of our lounge sofas; a perfect moment for talking with friends and having a discussion on the next day’s exploration. Alternatively, trying squid fishing with our Santa Maria crew.

At the break of dawn, setting sail for the seldom-visited southern area of Bai Tu Long Bay. Sea- breeze, slapping waves...Enjoying a delightful moment savoring a sunrise breakfast served by our white-glove waiters before setting off in a kayak. After a lesson with our expert on how to paddle safely, you will kayak amidst a maze of incredible rock formations rising majestically from jade-green water. Every turn brings a new surprise, and secret passages lead you to hidden lagoons and magical sea caves with a unique ecosystem.
Transferring to getaway boat, which takes you on another Odyssey on the mythical bay. Dropping anchor at a lovely sandy beach private for a break, and swim in the jade water while our talented chef prepares an exquisite barbecued seafood lunch. Later on, in the afternoon there are options to choose from.
Option 1 (Kayaking):
More kayak exploration or paying a visit to the floating villages of fishing folk that will provide you with a unique cultural insight of authentically warm and friendly people of the sea who have lived their whole lives aboard tiny bamboo boat.
Option 2 (Trekking):
Leisurely cruising to the wild site of Cat Ba National Park, and starting a 2-hour trekking trip through the rain forest to the other side of the island. Along the way, we will visit a local village that rests cut off from civilization by a range of mountain and the sea. Meeting and talking with local people about their unique culture.
Our adventures end with a leisure cruise to Cat Ba Island. Relaxing in a private beach resort. Dinner and retiring to your luxury room with sea view balcony.

07h30: 8.30 am: Checking out to transfer to Santa Maria Cruiser. A gourmet lunch will be served whilst the Cruiser keeps on its route through the Bay back to Ha Long City. Checking out after 11:00. 12:30 disembarking to end service, see you next time.
